In all the arrangements, you will feel the creative joy of the chef in enriching our traditional recipes with tempting and tasteful accents. Thus, you may expect traditional South Tyrolean delights with a breeze of extravagance. This also applies to our gourmet dishes with Italian flavours and our vegetarian dishes.

A full-bodied local wine from the Isarco Valley or from the Adige Valley will wonderfully accompany our gourmet dishes.
