PRICE REDUCTIONS AND CONDITIONS
The prices apply per person and day (for stays of at least 4 nights) including half board with breakfast buffet and dinner menu.
For stays of less than 4 days there is a surcharge of 10,00 € per day and person.
Room only with breakfast less 8,00€.
Surcharge for single rooms: 25,00 € – 40,00 € / day (depending on room).
As of 01.01.2024 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 2,80 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age.
DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN
Kids up to 1,99 years 15,00€ and 2 – 3,99 years 30,00€ including baby cot and high chair. On request, we are happy to prepare a children’s menu.
Kids from 4 – 6,99 years 50% discount.
Kids from 7 – 11,99 years 30% discount.
Kids from 12- 14,99 years 20% discount.
Child prices are valid for an occupancy of the room with adults.
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.
PETS
For your four-legged family (small and medium) members we charge 20,00 € per day (food is not included), only on request.
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit (25% of the total price).
Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the room rate without catering.
Bathrobes are available for rent (€ 5 for the entire duration of your stay).

Payment:
Please pay cash on site. The limit for cash payments in Italy is 4.999 €. However, the following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, credit card, bank transfer.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from ´2 p.m.. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 2 p.m. In case of a delay after 6 p.m., we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your room not later than 10 a.m.. Other times are possible upon request.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code.
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code): You may cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit. In case of a cancellation between 29 days before arrival and the booked day of arrival, following cancellation fees apply: Cancellation until 7 days before arrival: 50% of the full price Cancellation less than 9 days before arrival: 100% of the full price. In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”.
