In the idyllic South Tyrolean mountain village of Maranza, we – the Unterkircher family – cordially welcome you to a relaxing holiday in the Dolomites.

The Hotel Pfeiferhof is located on a sunny hillside just outside of town and is surrounded by green meadows. The family-run hotel offers 14 spacious room. The centre of Maranza can be reached in only three minutes. Here, you will find grocery stores, a bank, cosy cafes and a sports shop. Your vacation home is located at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level, in close proximity to the alpine region Gitschberg-Jochtal.

Our hotel Pfeiferhof is located in the middle of the fantastic hiking area Gitschberg-Jochtal. The region is crisscrossed by a network of hiking paths and mountain bike trails. Visit the panoramic platform Gitschberg and enjoy the spectacular high alpine views over the Alps. Plenty of recreational fun is also guaranteed by a visit to the water park “Alpinpool” in Maranza. In the winter, the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal offers a regional winter sports centre with excellent infrastructure and 55 km of slopes right outside your front door.

Wonderful holiday!

A beautiful location with a spectacular view, the modern and clean structure, and the hospitality and friendliness of all the staff gave us a wonderful stay. My children fell in love with the bunnies who greeted them every morning near the small, but functional, outdoor playground, but they didn’t cancel ending the day in the indoor playroom. And finally, what can we say about chef Alexander’s cuisine, of a very high level of quality, both for the raw materials used and for the execution of every single dish which was a delicious work of art. Verena and all the staff are attentive and available, always ready to please guests and pamper them.Highly recommended for everyone!

Excellent!

we stayed at the hotel on holiday from 4 to 15 August.
The property is located on a plateau with beautiful views of the Isarco valley.
Great service for attention and cleanliness. Excellent cuisine with a real chef. The property is also equipped with a sauna
